SHIPPING INFORMATION

PKR 199/- is applicable on orders below PKR 1,500/- for local deliveries. Not valid on international shipments or bulk quantity.

Order Processing

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday).

Please note that orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Orders are delivered by the carrier Monday through Saturday.

*Please Note: Estimated delivery times include order processing and packing time required (typically 24–48 hours) plus shipment time required. These are only estimates. Once order is confirmed, it will be delivered within 7 working days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • The products are sold on “as is- where is basis”. Nothing in the products is hidden, and nothing is un-disclosed.
  • There shall be no guarantee/warranty, refund/replacement against the products declared “b- pair” or sold at discounted price. 
  • The products purchased at full price but claimed against (for an exchange/replacement) during their markdown-sale-season, will be dealt with/treated, only at the markdown-sale-price, and not at the earlier (full) price.
  • No claim of “refund” shall be entertained in any case.
  • The product once used will also not be replaced/exchanged.
  • In case a product is purchased at marked down price, it can be replaced/exchanged at the discretion of the shop manager and that too only in consideration of the price, at which it was purchased.
  • No claim of replacement shall be entertained unless the sale invoice is produced and a tangible complaint is made, within 15 days of the sale. 
  • No claim of repair will be entertained unless it is lodged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The decision of the quality control department of the company, with regard to the defect will be final.
  • The liability of the company is limited not beyond the replacement of the product, and no other liability, whatsoever, will be acceptable, in any case.
  • Once the claim of repair is entertained, the customer shall receive the shoes, back within 30 days from the notified due date, where after the claim will be treated as void/not to have been made at all.
  • The claim will be lodged only at the point, from where the product was purchased.
  • In case of any dispute, the recourse can be had only to the courts at Lahore.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION


ARQS Shoes is using service (your choice) to send parcels, to ensure there is no delay in the deliveries. A signature on delivery will be required so please ensure you choose the correct (shipping) address for your delivery, i.e. home or work. Someone needs to be in to sign for the parcel otherwise it may get returned back to us and delay receipt of your order. If any other person collects the parcels on your behalf ARQS Shoes is not responsible for that as far as we have proof of delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES


If our courier fails to deliver to you, the parcel will be returned to us. Our customer services will contact you regarding your undelivered order, so if you response to them we will re-deliver to you. But if we could not get any response from your side we will cancel the order. 

REPAIR/ EXCHANGE


• Shoes can be repaired within 02 months of Purchase. 
• Unused Shoes may be exchanged within 01 week.

If we ship your order and our carrier unable to deliver then we are not liable to redeliver to you without charging postage after confirmation from your side.

FAILED DELIVERIES


If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to two weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we cancel your order. If you still wish to receive these goods, you will need to order the products again at the price listed on Facebook. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
